This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use rivetmech.com, Rivbot, WhatsApp Business, email, phone, or our other services.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp ID, email, company, messages, product/RFQ details, drawings, IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, timestamps, and delivery metadata. We do not knowingly collect government IDs, payment card numbers, health data, or other sensitive data through Rivbot or WhatsApp. Please do not send such information in chat.

Use and sharing

We use information to answer product questions, respond to RFQs, follow up, operate and improve our sites and automations (including n8n and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API), comply with law, and prevent abuse. Where applicable, our basis is consent, legitimate interest, or contract inquiry. We may share data with Meta, GoDaddy, n8n, and email/telecom carriers. We do not sell personal information. WhatsApp messages may be processed by Rivbot and read by staff for RFQs. We retain records as needed for sales, service, legal obligations, and disputes, then delete or anonymize them.

Security and rights

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method is fully secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or stop marketing, by contacting us. Services are for business customers and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Providers may process data in India and elsewhere with safeguards where required. We may update this policy.
